Clarke Valve, developer and manufacturer of the patented Dilating Disk™ Valve, has taken steps to accelerate its future growth, on-boarding several new team members to bolster key business functions.
Jason Gleason and Thomas Carney have joined Clarke Valve as Design Engineers, expanding the product design, prototyping, and testing capacity of the Research and Development team. Prior to joining Clarke Valve, Jason Gleason worked for organizations such as Tiffany & Company and Honeywell, and contributes more than 20 years of industrial design and product development experience. Thomas Carney has previously worked in product design and concept development roles for Metal Dynamics, Hasbro, and Mac Designs, Inc., and is experienced with digital fabrication, CAD/CAM workflows, and custom product manufacturing.
Clarke Valve has also hired Thomas Karn as Quality Manager, to ensure that all materials and manufacturing processes conform to the highest standards, and consistently exceed customer expectations for safety and reliability. Thomas comes to Clarke Valve from TPI Composites, brings over 30 years of experience in quality management, is ASQ Certified, and has extensive background with ISO 9001 and AS9100 programs.
Jason Alberti has joined Clarke Valve as its Marketing Director. In this position, Jason will work closely with company leadership, strategic partners, and value-add resellers to further establish the Clarke Valve brand and create market demand for Clarke’s innovative line of Dilating Disk™ Valve products. Jason brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications to the team, having worked on both the client and agency side to drive business growth, with organizations like TribalVision, PTC, Campbell Alliance, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
